How are MARVEL supposed to follow up to X-Men Origins: Wolverine with a movie for Deadpool?

In X-Men Origins: Wolverine the best person to possibly play Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds was absolutely amazing in his part in the film in the first 30 minutes with amazing slow motion shots with cutting bullets in half and killing 12 men in 30 seconds. But! Then "the merc with a mouth" gets his mouth sown shut!?  AND gets Cyclops' power of optic energy beams and Wolverines powers but with 2 samurai swords instead of metal claws? The one original quality they give him is the teleportation but according to Deadpool's most recent comic book (Wolverine and Deadpool) wasn't even a power it was a teleportation devise?

Even so it has been confirmed that Deadpool is getting a film in 2014 which is I'm not sure how it will work and is starring Ryan Reynolds (THANK GOD) and is a Marvel and 20th Century Fox (F***(<the reason is that fox basically ruin any superhero film they get there hands on)).

So to summarize Deadpool in 2014 and Ryan Reynolds good, Fox terrible
